I was told by Verizon executive escalations to call financial services about my current payment arrangement. I want to talk to some one in the US. The reason for this is, and I mean no disrespect, but the people outside the US never seem to understand what I need to do. They also have given me very bad information in the past about my account for my wireless services. What number do I call for financial services that will allow me to speak with someone in the USA?
