When I click on $200 Target gift card, I get terms & conditions window but nothinh happens after clicking submit button. I cleared the cache and signed off and signed back in. Nothing works. Please help.

I access it as account owner.
Same thing. I've tried on my app on both my phone and my tablet and also tried through the website on my laptop and get the same thing. Just an endless loop.
That's definitely strange. You should be taken to a separate website to finish up the redemption. Can you please make sure all ad blockers and pop-up blockers are turned off and try again?

I have the same problem. Redeemed the Nintendo with no problem. The target gift card has this issue.
I am having the same problem, click the target card, accept the terms and conditions and goes right back to choosing the card or chrome book... only on my mobile app.... doesn't even show up on my laptop when I signed in
I am having the same issue.
I started the service several months ago. Two days ago I received an email saying I am now able to redeem. I redeemed the other offer (Nintendo switch) with no problem. The target gift card is a dead link from what all the customers on this forum are saying.

They escalated this over a week ago and told me they will give me a promo code to fill out on a nother page but I still haven't received anything. I need that gift card, I'm broke lol

Hey there, mhilleme, we want to make sure you're able to redeem your promotion. What issue are you running into when trying to redeem your offer? When was your original purchase completed?

This is getting more and more crazy.They stopped replying here on this forum and sent me 2 different private messages from 2 different agents. The link they sent me in the first photo (above) took me to a new window and automatically started a chat with the "social media team". I am starting to think I should have never switched from my old Home Internet provider if the promotion is not working out...And neither of the private chat agents have replied yet...

Customer rep sent me the private message and they told me that they would take care of it. I haven't seen anything yet from them. I will wait for a week and reach out to then again. You?

Nope. Haven't gotten any assistance at all. I've posted my problem on multiple of these threads and haven't even received a reply from Verizon
