I bought an iPhone 15plus for my wife, I paid $12.99 for next shipping so I can get the phone. It didn’t come when it was suppose to so I contacted to get a refund for my shipping, I was promised a refund and they’re still giving me a run around to give me my money back since I didn’t get what I paid for. Has anyone else gone through this before ? Where you pay for shipping it doesn’t come on time and you’re going through a hassle to get your money back that you’re owed?
