The watch can receive calls and texts, can turn on and off, but the screen stays black. I don't want to do a factory reset because from other forums I've seen that doesn't work. Are there any other options to trouble shoot this? It would be nice if there was a page just for troubleshoot things to try before having to ask this question again or have to call in.
