My son’s Gizmo 3 camera watch froze up today on the spotlight screen. No number of watch resets will fix the problem. Can someone from Verizon please contact me to get this resolved? Thank you.

Gizmo watch app shows the watch is charged and on and has the latest update. Texts ring through on the watch (audio), but screen will not turn on.
