Target $200 Gift Card - 5G Home Internet

I can't redeem the Target gift card, although I've received an email that I am now eligible. My account has a "tile" to redeem the promotion, but when I click to redeem it and agree to terms nothing happens. Supposedly it is supposed to take me to a Blackhawk website to finish the redemption process.

I've tried this for almost 2 weeks now, on various computers/browsers and even the Verizon App. No success!! PLEASE HELP!!!

This is so frustrating! Can someone please fix this or send me the direct url to the redemption site!!

I still can't access the Target Gift card promo. Clicking on it and agreeing to the terms does nothing.

This is a known issue (look at the Verizon community forums). I should not have to "chat" with someone to get this fixed....is every person supposed to chat with a representative to get this fixed?! Please fix this VERIZON. I have been a customer for 19 years!! If you offer a promo, make sure it is accessible to all customers. I feel like the customers receiving this promo are ONLY the ones willing to deal with customer service for hours/days/weeks until they get what they deserve.

I've tried this. I've also tried different computers, different browsers, updating browsers, restarting devices, and the iPhone app. Can you just post the url to the redemption website? This is getting ridiculousI've been attempting this daily for 2 weeks!
