Connecting devices for downtime

I currently have xfinity internet and am able to connect devices and easily see them all on the app. When I need to turn on downtime for, for example, my kids' tv, I can click on their tv from the device list and turn off the internet during bedtime. I can see every single device connected to my home network on the app. Before signing up for Verizon home internet, I asked the customer support person if I am able to do this with Verizon. They said yes, so I signed up. However, I cannot find any devices that I can control aside from cell phones. Am I missing something? Where can I find our tvs, desktop, gaming consoles, Alexa devices, etc.?

qgla, if you're using 5G Home internet, the place where you monitor connected devices to the network is via the Adminstration interface. You can do that via these steps on a computer: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-227039/

Additionally, you can do it from the My Verizon App: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-218727/

These are the two best methods to control what devices are connecting to your 5G Home Wi-Fi. Glad I could share those steps, and help you manage those devices.
