I see many people having this same problem with zero answers. I created my Verizon account when I signed up for Fios. I logged into that account and added verizon wireless with new cell phones. I merged the 2 accounts into 1 login and I have been using them on the app no problem. Here is my issue:
My Wireless account is missing my netflix perk. When I try to add it or manage my plan, it takes me to a browser and says "Sorry we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you".
When I login from any computer using my normal login (same one as the app) it takes me to another page that once again says "Sorry, we couldn't verify that this account belongs to you.".
I cannot get in touch with anyone HUMAN at any time. Switching to Verizon has been an absolute nightmare! Please anyone help me solve this? Why is the app working but not the browser? I have verified my email address, and I do not see any other emails regarding verification.
