On May 3, 2024 I sent in my FULL payment of $1153.08, certified mail. On May 13, 2024 my phone was shut off for non payment. I called and I was transferred and had to re explain my issue multiple times only to get transferred more th reach a supervisor who gave me major attitude when I tried to explain that I was frustrated but not at her, she hung up on me, I then called back and spoke to a gentleman who got me right thru with some one who "helped" me, I had to pay $242.00 until my payment cleared. Ok paid. The next morning, my phone was shut off again... repeat cycle Finally my phones were turned back on. I researched and realized you have a payment center in Dallas ( where I sent original payment) and one in Newark, so I sent a new payment to Newark ( I overnighted on May 16, 2024) to be there in time for my due date. Now yesterday, my phone is off again. I do not want to have to deal with being transferred and all of that again. I never received the returned payment from Dallas either so what is going on Verizon? Where are my payments going?
