Target gift card

Hi. Got my verizon home internet 2 months ago. Got the switch, Got the link for the gift card. It sends me to a page to accept the terms and conditions then it sends me back to the original page to choose my reward, not the page to collect the reward. I've tried the customer service live agent a few times and every time it tells me that I'm "in their hands now" and I still haven't gotten answers.

Customer support didn't offer any solutions, they just gathered information and usually the chat would freeze after that. The first agent said there was an issue with the website and to give it 3-5 days but that was over a week ago
