I just got Internet by Verizon, I have had their phones and service for 18 years. They are charging me for two Internet modems when I have one, I have talked to about 9 people, I am disabled with limited budget, if they dont fix bill and take incorrect amount out of my bank I will not have enough money for food for the month. Please someone advise how do I get them to not fraudulently charge me.Im worried about being money short for my food bill if they take out duplicate bills!
