I need to escalate Fios installation for a new construction. The new construction is NOT apart of an HOA and my neighbors have Fios. I have tried contacting Customer Support for the last 4 days and they keep pushing me to get 5G. 5G plan is more expensive and lower speeds than my current plan for 1 GB Fios. Please help.

Next time you speak with Verizon, ask them to submit a "FAST" ticket. FAST Tickets are supposed to help Verizon correct their database in cases where Verizon is supposed to have Fios available. Once corrected, they won't offer 5G but will instead offer Fios.
