My mother passed May 06, 2024. She has verizon as landline and fios internet. I cannot get a human on the phone. I went to the store and two different associates cannot find her account. I live in GA, Mom lived in Maryland. I am her Power of Attorney/Executor of Will and need to speak to a human to verify the closing of this account.
Unfortunately, she was not set up online to pay; did everything autopay.
What do I do next?
