Since January, my husband and I have spoken with over a dozen representatives who "promise" to take care of this and it definitely has not been taken care.
We've tried over and over to get a return label for the 5g router (which we were forced into by a home solicitor at 6:30 at night by). We are unable to switch to verizon due to just moving and committing to another company.
After not receiving a return label for months, I was charged $205 for unreturned equipment. I'm now out $205 with no hopes in receiving a refund. I'm at a loss of what to do besides take my business elsewhere after being with verizon for 9 years. PLEASE HELP!!
