$200 target gift card rebate

I just got verizon home internet 2 monthes ago. When I signed up I was told I would get an offer for a 200 dollar target gift card after 65 days. I have the offer showing up, but when I accept the terms and conditions I am redirected back to the offer screen. Any way to fix this?

I received my gift card today! I spoke with a live agent on the phone and got my giftcard within 24 hours.

I was just told by a rep that they can't find my support ticket after I provided them the support ticket number that was sent to me from you (verizon). I would like to keep this discussion open in this forum so that everyone that is experiencing this exact same issue can get the resolution once it is provided.
