All of the pictures I receive recently via txt messages are low resolution. The problem started a few weeks ago and I have a Note 9. Now my wife is experiencing the same problem with her S23. We both have Verizon as a courier.
Any ideas what could be causing this problem? A quick search on the internet shows that many other users are having the same problem.

I have tried this with multiple messaging apps and it is happening on both my personal & work phones.
I messaged with Verizon support and they said everything looked good on the back end for my messaging on my personal phone but the problem persists.
Hello, NoContractNorris. Having access to great pictures is a must. Help is here. May I ask, is it all pictures with low resolution? Where do the pictures come from meaning, are you receiving pictures from iPhones? Does it happen when you send each other pictures (you and your wife)? What about videos, are the working properly?
