Verizon on route 66

Worker salesperson was rude and yelled, didn't want to help and did not want to show me any phones just wanted to portray with a attitude asking what phone do you want. As a customer this should be presented with gradutitde. With her attitude still think she is superior in the situation , I stated I'm done with you and got up. And she proceeds to make rude comments as I walked away and I told her I like to report her and she laughed and says go ahead and then refuses to get a manger for me.
When I asked for manager she stated I will not get you a manger and you can leave holding the door open, while yelling at me stating she will not get a manager.
She continued to yell and tell me to leave awhile I asked for a manager and she kept refusing so I asked another sales person on the floor for a manager, and that person went to get one and asked me to take a seat for manager to come out.
The person yelling at me continues to laugh behind the wall as customers are around knowing she is mocking me. She continues to giggle loudly and speak to another person behind the wall in the store.
The manger stated it's not his job to take complaints and file with corporate. Since the manger stated this is not his issue and filing a complaint is not his job I need to find help to who will. Besides using BBB for complaints who does this go to if they think it's okay for serving people in that manner.
To not give name others had stated they don't know why the girl still there as its not the first time she treated customers like this. I will not give names because I would not retaliation against other workers that are nice there.
