I went through the process of starting a new line today, I got the phone and deal I wanted, and then my order was canceled because my identity could not be verified. I called customer service and they were not allowed to tell me why. I submitted photos of my drivers license which has all of the same information except my address which has changed. I just don’t understand why I wasn’t verified and why I wasn’t allowed to try another way. Very dissatisfied with the process.
