It was raining on yesterday. the cable box cover belong to Verizon with the dimension 17x30 in the front of my house somehow didn't screw down properly blocking the drainage in the front of my house causing the water backup flooding my part of my living space, my husband realized something wrong and he came out to checked, the good thing he did before the condition getting worse. He recorded the videos, I called the customer service this morning they hang up on me. Can Verizon look into this situation?
