One Bar Signal At Home

One bar at home but no where else. Went to Verizon they reset/cleared something and put me on a new plan with better call priority. Signal at home is never higher than one and in the last two weeks I'm dropping 80% of my calls. I've been with Verizon for probably 15 years - this is getting worse and I will change services soon if Verizon can't help me? I am not buying a home signal tower. Can someone fix this or could it be my phone (Android 22) - should I call it broken and get a new one??? (but again it works everywhere else. My zip code is 55123. HELP!!!

I'm going to guess the service issues have come up only very recently. Does your signal strength improve if you go outside? If so, there's something indoors which is interfering with your reception. If stepping outside the house doesn't make things any better, use the Check Network Status link on the right side of the forum page to see if there's an outage in your immediate neighborhood. You mentioned going to a different location everything's fine, so it doesn't sound like it's your phone.
