Couple weeks ago, applied for services. Got to the identity verification part. Identity verification was not processed. Fraud department stated I gave incorrect information and could not get service EVER! Still upset. I had initially cancelled service with US Cellular to switch to Verizon. Couldn't get my old number back and I have to pay a hefty deposit in order to get service again. Thanks Verizon.
