I am scheduled to have solar panels installed on my house in the next month or so. As part of the installation the electrical connection from the pole to my house is being buried underground (it has been knocked out 2 times due to storms). My Fios connection is also running from the same pole- as part of this process the solar installer is preparing for burying the Fios cable underground by adding another conduit. Is there someone at Fios who handles this? I assume I need to schedule the Fios tech to come out and reconnect the ONT- is there any prior scheduling I need to do to facilitate this?
