I redeemed the Nintendo Switch offer on May 15th. It’s been 3 weeks. They still have shipped it. They’ve escalated the claim but I haven’t heard anything from Verizon. I don’t know who else to call. Please help!

I redeemed my promotion on July 30th and see it has not shipped either when it gave me 2 day shipping.

I had the same issue. I redeemed my free switch 8/24/25 and I still have not received a shipping confirmation.
i redeemed my nintendo switch on aug 21st
then had to redeem it again sept 4 and i PAID for expedited overnight shipping
i have heard nothing back
