Before the ACP ended I had received an email about what to expect when it ended. The email stated that my bill may go up $30 dollars which I expected but the email also stated, “Verizon will continue to offer the Verizon Forward discount to eligible customers. If you currently receive an ACP discount and keep your Home Internet service, you'll continue to get a Verizon Forward discount of up to $20 a month - even after the ACP ends”. Well ACP has ended and my bill has gone up $57.09. $30 because of ACP ending and apparently I am no longer receiving the Verizon Forward Discount so it went up $20 and they decided to charge me $7.09 for Verizon Forward Discount being revoked. I am just wondering why I’m no longer receiving the Verizon Forward Discount? I have already tried calling customer support many times and no one was able to help. Why would I receive an email stating I would continue to have the Verizon Forward Discount when that doesn’t seem to be true?
