$200 gift card for upgrading home internet plan

I had an offer to receive a $200 Verizon gift card if I upgrade my home Internet from the standard plan to the higher plan. The terms said that I need to redeem the offer and then the details will be emailed to me within eight weeks. I do not see a way to “redeem” this offer anywhere, where would this be located?
