Someone at Verizon allowed a person to pick up a phone at a locker in Orange, CA and billed my account for the device and charges. My bill is more than $200 more than normal. I tried to get this rectified on Sunday using Verizon chat spending over an hour with the chat agent just to be told that within 48 hours it would be fixed and a ticket has been issued. It has not been fixed and it's been 48 hours. Wanting to find out how others have dealt with this and if I should go to other providers since Verizon doesn't care about their customers that have been with them for 13+ years.
