I have a question regarding my billing and payment. So we got a letter from Verizon and stated that Verizon provid home 5G internet service for 2 years for free.
since we had Stary internet service and we cancelled that because of the Verizon connection.
we have received an email and stated for the payment since we are unable to pay that and we are going to reconnect stary internet service. Please advise.
I have been calling you but no answer from your support team.
