The Fios access cover on my lawn has had issues ever since it was installed. It is not currently bolted down so the cover can become dislodged by several inches in a heavy rain. There is a developing sinkhole between it and the sidewalk. Consequently, two sidewalk slabs are sinking, causing two distinct grade gaps and a severe tripping hazard. What is the best way to get this resolved?
