I also got the home internet with the Nintendo switch promo and the promo where you are able to choose between and Target $200 gift card or and Chrome Laptop.
After 65 days of having eligible service, the promotion tiles did not show up in my Verizon app. So I called customer service and the young man submitted a form to the back office so they could give me a better resolution. He stated it would take 5 business days to hear back. On the 6th business day I still had not heard anything but I did receive two separate emails regarding how to claim my offers with promo codes attached. I was able to redeem the Chrome Laptop with no issues but the Nintendo promo code did not work. So I called back to customer service.
This entire interaction took 1 hour and 22 minutes. Most of it l, I was waiting on hold but I did not mind. The gentleman called some another department with no luck. They couldn’t find any info on the emails I was sent. He ended up having to transfer me to the Home Internet department because it was their promotion. I was on the phone with that department for only 5 minutes!! The new representative was able to send me the Nintendo Switch for free from his end.
So anybody who still hasn’t had a resolution and you’re still within your time frame to redeem then CALL THE HOME INTERNET DEPARTMENT. Hope this helps!! Good luck!!
