I switched to Verizon 6 months back and since then cellular data does not work on any of the 4 phones on my line. Their trouble shooting and services are equally poor as their cellular data service. I have tried but nothing works. Sometimes they say eSIM issue sometime congestion and sometimes suggest me to switch to 30gb plan from unlimited and pay $60 more per month. Sadly I am under contract but I am willing to switch from this terrible service.
Any suggestions to get rid of by giving them their devices and minimum money?
