My pictures are not uploading automatically on Verizon Cloud. Verizon doesn't know why.
Thanks for getting back to us. Are pictures not uploading to Verizon Cloud at all if you were to try to manually backup? Is this issue happening when on both WiFi or cellular?

thomsar1950, sorry you're having a bit of trouble with VZ Cloud there. Certianly, that's something we can take a look at. You mentioned pictures aren't uploading, are they not uploading at all even when you do a backup? Also what kind of phone are you using, so I know what device we're working with.

I have a S23 ultra. My pictures are not uploading sure. I have the settings to upload hourly, they don't. Verizon has provided steps but they don't work. I've had this issue forever. I can't get Verizon to fix the issue.
Someone said elsewhere they couldn't upload more than 1 picture at a time to Verizon Cloud. Don't know why. If the cloud service is that clunky, I'd download everything off of it first, then get a different cloud storage service.
Hello, thomasr1950. So sorry to hear of this but rest assured, help is still here. What were the steps taken? Please advise.

App uninstalled, reinstalled. Software app are updated. Settings are wifi and mobile.
Verizon cloud is not helping, they don't reply!
Photos/Videos - Only content in the following folders will autosave: Camera, Pictures, movies, SD Card (root). Media in Downloads, other apps, private folders, or custom locations would need to be manually selected and the 'Share' feature used to share to the Cloud app. Documents - May be anywhere on the device's internal storage Music - Music Folder Contacts - Contacts App (Background Sync, meaning each time you save a change that same change is silently reflected in the Cloud App) Call Logs/Messages - These backup from the respective databases in the device. Note that the saved messages are not visible in the Cloud app and must be restored to be seen again. Tapping on the button "View Messages" or "View Calls" will launch that app on your device and show you only what is currently on the Device.
iPhones need the following configuration for Verizon Cloud to work properly: Location services are ‘ON’. This is used to trigger background backups and not track your activity. Background Refresh is ‘ON’ Optimization is ‘OFF’ Cloud App has permission to access photo content. Preferably ‘All Content’ as partial access will only backup the selected items.
NOTE: iOS Devices allow autosave from the Camera folder. All other content would need to be manually selected and then using the ‘Share’ feature the user chooses “Verizon Cloud” as the target.
