I was approved for this plan but can’t get anyone to help me apply it! I’m appalled at the service reps lack of knowledge and when they get stumped, they send a notification “need more information”!
Following the directions brings you to a page where you will end up ordering a new service, I already have the service and there is no option for selecting an “existing customer”.
Pitiful customer service, been dealing with this for hours with contact from 5 different reps!
Anyone else having this issue?
