I signed up for home internet to get the promotion of $200 target gift card OR a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook AND the Nintendo switch. I was eligible to get my items on May 6, 2024. On May 6 I was able to claim the Nintendo switch but not the Chromebook. On that day I called in and the rep told me they were no longer available but the system did not allow me to get the target gift card either. the rep was going to submit a ticket and I would get an email within 7-10 to claim the Chromebook, since that is what I wanted. Never received the email and I called back and the next rep told me she also needed to submit a ticket , because the system showed I claimed the Chromebook but there was no tracking number and I had to wait another 10 business days. June 3,2024 I called in again and sent emails in to a manager Amy Giles showing the promotion that I signed up for, cause they could not see which promotion I was supposed to receive. Today June 20, 2024 I call in and a rep by the name of Damien is telling me , he does see that I qualify for the Chromebook after speaking to his manager they were working on getting it sent out to me. after being on the phone over an hour. he stated that the Chromebook comes with a data plan and I needed to pay $10 a month for the next 6 months (that was the minimum time I had to keep the data plan) when I asked to speak to this manager he stated they were in a meeting. DO NOT OFFER PROMOTIONS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCTS TO BE SENT TO CUSTOMERS. I have sent hours and hours on the phone with no resolution. No one takes ownership of the issues.
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EXPERIENCE.
