Some time ago a community member posted an issue with Visual Voicemail not giving notifications of received voicemails.
The solution required swiping down twice on the home screen and then accessing a long list of app settings. It is not the same as the Settings icon.
I was having the same issue so I reproduced the solution on my A14 5G.
But now I can't do it again. I've searched the Community Forum but cannot find the original post.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Could you remind me how to access this mysterious settings list?
