Removing Old Utility/Cable Boxes on exterior wall

I will replace my home exterior sidings soon but there is a huge Verizon branded Utility/Cable Boxes attached to the exterior wall which I want to remove. I am not a current Verizon customer. Can someone please guide me how I can get some help? Thanks!
