I got an email that I had benefits to redeem in my Verizon account, specifically the $200 gift card. When I click on the “$200 Verizon gift card” and the next page never loads. It is just an endless loading circle. I've been dealing with this for over 2 weeks, seems like a clever trick to never let the customer redeem their gift card.
