My Mobile+ Home Discount was removed. My current bill I’m actually being charged for the difference in the $5 credit I received last month. I called a couple weeks ago and the rep opened ticket number INC01232639. The rep said there was an issue with the discount but would escalate. They also made a note on my account that if I were to get charged the $4.52 (difference in $5 credit when it was removed) I’d be given that charge back. I just received notice of my bill amount and I’m not getting the discount. I’m also getting charged the $4.52.
How do I get someone to provide an update and apply the proper Mobile+ Home discount to my account? I had it but Verizon removed it. I can’t rejoin because I get an error message to contact Verizon.
