We had Fios lines installed a few months and in the process your workers damaged our sewer line. We are in the process of selling our house and cannot close until it is fixed. We had one of your representatives by on Saturday confirming it was your Fios line but he had to escalate to his manager. I later received a text that the repair ticket was closed.
