I have already spent almost an hour on the phone more than two weeks ago trying to fix this problem. I was eligible for both the Nintendo Switch and either a $200 Target gift card or a Samsung laptop. I redeemed and received the Nintendo Switch but when I click the icon to redeem the gift card or laptop I’m sent immediately to a Samsung cart with the laptop in it. Called 06/05/24 and finally got to someone who tried to assist me but couldn’t get it to work. She stated she put in a service request but I’ve yet to hear anything. This is beyond frustrating.
Also frustrating is the fact that somehow I was turned off of paperless billing to where I had to go back in and select it but I’m on the hook for an extra $10 this month because of something I didn’t choose? Super frustrating and would like some assistance please.
