Verizon fios cable installation team damaged my driveway. when installing a cable for my neighbor. They tunneled under the driveway to install that cable, and now part of my driveway has collapsed. There is big bump and crack on the driveway. Can any one help how to raise complaint for this kind of issue. I posted this previously and was told there would be a "private message" but no such message appeared
