I finally decided to start using the Verizon Cloud..........it just dumps everything together. There is no way to get it to keep your existing folder structure?
When you upload you content to the Verizon Cloud App you'll need to add pictures and videos to your desired albums from the Verizon Cloud App. You can always search for your contents by date, location, and stories from the library tab.
To create a folder/album, on the Verizon Cloud application;
So when you open the Cloud App, tap 'Library -> Photos & Videos -> Albums" you see a list of the albums you created in the app, then next time you don't, and then you do again a third time? That tab tends to take a longer time than expected to fully render and sort.
You can also utilize Tag and Search Tap the Tag and Search switch to turn the feature on (it's green when on). You can tap the switch again to disable the feature. • Open Cloud app and go to settings ( gear icon on top right) navigate to Preferences -> Tap on Tag and Search. - Toggle icon to right. When turned on by you, the Tag and Search feature lets you organize your photos by the faces in them. The Verizon Cloud mobile app uses face recognition technology to detect faces, and group photos of the same person together. You can then apply a name for that face and more easily find photos of that person in your Verizon Cloud. The Tag and Search switch will turn gray for 24 hours, showing your tags and face labels are being deleted. During this time, you won't be able to turn Tag and Search back on again. • After 24 hours, the switch will turn white, and you'll be able to turn Tag and Search back on by following the same steps above. If you turn Tag and Search back on again, face recognition technology will be applied to your photos again, and you'll have to re-apply names to each face grouping.
