I was on hold, disconnected and back on hold for 2 hours on Monday before I was able to talk to a real person to help me. I finally got a service appointment scheduled for a technician to come to my new house and install a coaxial port inside our house. I got confirmation emails about the appointment and it was set for Wednesday at 8 to 10am.
It is now Wednesday at 11am and we have heard nothing from a service tech agent. We managed to get in contact with 3 separate customer service agents all who were unable to contact the technician for our appointment.
I have also been waiting in a chat with an agent for 40 minutes with no useful updates.
My husband works from home and can’t do his job without the internet.
I didn't realize that contacting Verizon customer service would replace my full time job as well.
