Same problem as many others. Looking to verify first responder discount. I am an existing Fios customer. When the verify ID.me page pops open, I login to my account (firefighter/first responder) and then when it returns to Verizon, I will get a quick "Thank you for your service. We are unable to verify your eligibility, but you can still order these services or learn more to check eligibility for a discount through the Verizon Connections program, which offers discounts to employees of companies enrolled in the program." And then I am redirected elsewhere.

I’ve tried every browser possible. I’ve tried on 2 different computers and my phone.
I’ve spent hours and hours trying to get this done. How is this such a problem?
