I am currently overseas and need to reconnect a recently suspended line in order to access texts and iMessage. However, because the line is suspended, I cannot get confirmation number texted to my phone when logging to My Verizon app. Online I similarly cannot login as it all asks confirmation via text. I have also attempted to reachout to "Travelling outside the US: 1 (908) 559-4899" but there is no dial. Similarly the toll-free number asks for a PIN to a number that is not mine. There are no physical stores in the country so I am also unable to go physically to resolve this issue.
Please help! Is there any way to unsuspend my line.
