Hi I have been trying to pay this bill forever. I normally have this problem a couple of times, but it's now not letting me. I need help now. Also not liking any of the zip.
What about dialing #PMT on your phone? Or you can try this link:

If you're prepaid, those might not work, but there's some other links on the Verizon website if you do a search for how to manage your prepaid account bills.
If all else fails, you can pay your bill in person at a corporate Verizon store, but not the 3rd party ones.
