My Verizon Wireless account is locked and I cannot access it to update my billing information or anything.
I enter my login credentials and then it asks me to answer my security question, which I do, correctly, and it takes me to a screen saying my account is locked and gives me a number to call.
The number, however, is of no help, and I get stuck in the automated system before it eventually HANGS UP on me. I have tried resetting my password, saying I forgot my information, to no avail.
I am incredibly frustrated, not even knowing how to speak to an actual person to get my account unlocked so I can access it. I have seen others with this issue, and so I hope this will actually get me the help I need. I have no issues seeking a new service provider, but obviously, it would be easier to not have to lose my phone number which is tied into so many things at this point.
