Calls hang up at 4 hours iphone

My calls hang up at 4 hours and I have reached out to

9 different customer service representatives who say it’s not a Verizon issue but the searches online show it is. I do not want to continue to deal with my calls dropping at 4 hours! I’m ready to take my business was elsewhere
