Hi! I had a chat session last month on the 15th and was about to agree to an upgrade to Gigabit with fixed pricing for 4 years when my agent, Pravalika disappeared. I waited for quite some time before ultimately ending the chat and calling customer service. They were unavailable as well, posting a message that they were experiencing technical difficulties. I really would like to upgrade to the new plan under the terms I was presented in the chat but can't connect because it's stuck in the loading screen indefinitely. Any help would be appreciated.
