We just received our bill and have a charge of $2.99 for a "411 Search" on one of our lines. Looks like other people are experiencing the same. We have never heard of 411 Search and have no idea what the charge is for and there are no additional details about the charge readily available in the billing detail. Has anyone gotten a good explanation from Verizon regarding this charge?
