I am incredibly frustrated after spending two and a half hours on the phone with a fairly simple issue that a "Supervisor" simply does not understand, does not have the ability, the skill or is willing to put in the smallest bit of effort to solve. How do I get someone with at least a modicum of capability to solve this for a customer? After getting off the phone with this "Supervisor" It was clear to me that if he could have cared any less then he did he would have. Less then zero listening skills and even less caring about an upset customer of many years. Who can I talk to please?
